What room/hotel to I get when booking a ticket with accommodation?
When buying direct through NAMSS you receive the actual conference venue hotel, this year it is the Hilton Liverpool City Centre Hotel, Liverpool. The room included in the quoted price is a standard twin or double room.

What board basis do I get when booking a ticket with accommodation?
When buying direct through NAMSS you receive ‘Bed & Breakfast’ accommodation. As part of your purchased ticket NAMSS provide a Conference Dinner, this is on the Monday evening.

Is it possible to extend my stay / book for longer than just the Monday night?
Yes, subject to availability, contact reservations on 0151 708 4200 or by go to the Hilton website www.liverpool.hilton.com.

When do I book accommodation direct with the hotel?
If you are booking a residential place there is no need to do this, we will do this on your behalf. If you are only attending ONE DAY of the conference with no accommodation option then you are free to book anywhere you want.

Can I cancel my NAMSS conference ticket / accommodation?
Yes, this should be done in writing to jackie.cannell@namss.ac.uk but please be aware that you will incur fees if you cancel less than 4 weeks prior to the event.

Do I need to make provisions for dining (lunch & dinner)?
NAMSS will be providing lunch on the two day event, and providing a Monday night Conference Dinner, along with a Quiz and Disco. All you need to do is bring money for a drink or two.

Can I attend the AGM (Annual General Meeting) with a conference ticket?
Yes if you are a member of NAMSS.
