The terms and conditions of your booking are:
Delegates who cancel their place(s) by 16 February 2018 will have their fees refunded, less an administrative charge of £25. No refunds will be made to those cancelling after 16 February 2018, but replacement delegates will be accepted. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to email@example.com. Non attendees are still liable for payment for the conference.
An invoice will be sent to your finance department, payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date or if issued after 16 February 2018, prior to the event. Early Bird booking invoices must be paid by Friday 19 January 2018 to qualify for the discount.
A final conference programme and registration details will be emailed to you approximately 10 days prior to the Conference.
