Behaviour Insights Report - Applying a relational practice lens to behaviour in further education

In February 2024, we surveyed our membership, seeking to understand their experiences of learner engagement, participation and behaviour in a post-pandemic world.

63-member colleges from across post-16 providers in the UK responded to the survey, providing insights into the types of change they are experiencing, along with their response.

In response to our survey results, we partnered with behaviour expert Paul Dix and his team at When The Adults Change, to reflect on how, as student support services in colleges, we can play a pivotal role in harnessing relational practice, nurturing and developing deep trust, empathy and high standards.
